Dr Alka Mittal takes charge today as Director(HR), ONGC. A post grad in Economics, MBA (HRM) n Doctorate in Commerce n Business Studies, she joind ONGC as GT in 1985 n brings with her rich experience of over 3 decades. She is on Board of OMPL as ONGC nominee since August 2015.
