New Delhi, April 26, 2023: Team SAHYOG’ from HR Directorate of Engineers India Limited (EIL) won the Gold Trophy at 1st Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and HR Convention – Quality Circle competition organised by QCFI (Quality Circle Forum of India) – Delhi Chapter at Faridabad on April 22, 2023. The Gold Trophy, the highest award in the competition, was presented for excellent performance of EIL Team for their Quality Circle Project entitled “To regulate excess payment in cases of unapproved absence”. EIL Team, ‘SAMVARDHAN’, from Instrumentation Dept., also secured Silver Trophy in the EHS convention for their Quality Circle Project entitled “Mitigation & optimization of variations in the schemes of deluge valve system”. “EIL is one of the unique consultancy organisations to implement Quality Circle and Lean Six Sigma programs for its employees at various levels.
