The signing ceremony took place with the presence of Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director of HURL, and other prominent officials from both organizations, including G Srinivas Rao, Head of Operations at NTPC Barh, S B Singh, GM (Projects), Radheesh S, AGM (Safety) of NTPC Barh, and Sanjai Gupta, Plant Head of HURL Barauni.
