Prime Minister Narendra Modi releases 18th installment of PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi; Over 24.98 lakh Chhattisgarh farmers receive Rs 566.77 crore, Chief Minister expresses gratitude to Prime Minister on behalf of Chhattisgarh farmers.

“This time, 66,485 more farmers have benefited from the scheme compared to the previous 17th installment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi. Prior to this, the 17th installment had already seen an increase of 1,11,518 farmers compared to the 16th installment. The growing number of farmers benefiting from the scheme is clear evidence of the rapid progress in India’s agriculture sector. It also reflects the strong trust that farmers have in the Modi government. Among the farmers in Chhattisgarh who benefited today, 2,49,867 are forest lease holders, and 30,408 are receiving benefits under the PVTG scheme. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the progress of farmers in the country truly embodies the slogan ‘Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan’”,
