The Department of Personnel and Training has issued fresh orders for the appointment of Chief Vigilance Officers (CVOs) in several central public sector enterprises and organizations. The appointments cover important posts in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Shimla, and reflect the Centre’s focus on strengthening vigilance mechanisms.

-Mukesh Kumar, ITS (1995), has been appointed as CVO, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL), Delhi.
-Raj Kumar, ITS (1997), takes charge as CVO, IRCON International Ltd., Delhi.
-C Neelakanta Reddy, IRSSE (1997), has been posted as CVO, NMDC, Hyderabad.
-Pankaj Porwal, ITS (1994), will serve as CVO, SJVNL, Shimla.
-Ravindra Pratap Singh, IAS (OD:2007), has been appointed as CVO, Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd. (SPMCIL), Delhi.
-Rajneesh Kumar Tomar, IRSME (1998), takes over as Combined CVO in MES and BRO, Delhi.
-Jawahar Lal, IRSME (1999), has been posted as CVO, MMTC, Delhi.
-Amrita Darpan Jain, IRAS (2001), assumes charge as CVO, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi.

These appointments are expected to further streamline vigilance oversight and strengthen transparency in the functioning of the respective organizations.
