Govt. of India has issued orders for empanellment as Joint Secretaries for IAS Officers belonging to 1985, 1986,1988,1990,1991 and 1995 batches.
The names of those who have been empanelled in GoI are:

Devendra Kumar empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI
Ms Vinita Aggarwal empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI
Vijay Kumar empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI
K Inderjeet empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI
Ms Rachna Chopra empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI
