(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) Bengaluru, October 3, 2019: HAL join its hands in the massive countrywide awareness and mobilization campaign on Swachhta Hi Seva – 2019 on account of the sesquicentennial birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi with special focus on ‘plastic waste awareness and management’.HAL employees (Engine Division and IMGT) in association with the residents of neighboring Duo Harmony Apartments took the ‘Swachhta Pledge’ followed by extensive cleaning and collection of plastic wastes on Suranjan Das main road. Shri Shekhar Shrivastava, CEO (BC) with his team of officers and residents of Duo Harmony Apartments took part in the campaign.  An awareness rally displaying placards depicting slogans on cleanliness, plastic elimination followed by planting saplings were also held during the campaign.
