Highest ever dividend paid by NBCC & HSCL combined to GoI

NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna CPSE and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a Miniratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid dividend of Rs 77 crore (Rs 70 crore appx. by NBCC and Rs 7 crore appx. by HSCL) to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2023-24 on October 30, 2024. This is the highest ever dividend paid to Government of India by these two companies.
The dividend cheque(s) were handed over to Manohar Lal, Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) & Minister of Power; by K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC and Chairman, HSCL in the august presence of Srinivas Katikithala, Secretary (MoHUA).
Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), Ravi Kumar Arora, Government Nominee Director, NBCC and Jt. Secretary, MoHUA along with senior officials of NBCC and HSCL, graced the occasion.
