HUDCO Presents Interim Dividend Cheque of ₹307.79 Crs to GoI

(HUDCO) reaffirmed its commitment to India’s urban development by presenting an interim dividend cheque of ₹307.79 crore for the financial year 2024-25. The cheque was handed over to Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, during a formal ceremony in New Delhi.

Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, presented the cheque in the presence of Tokhan Sahu, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs; S.P. Singh, Additional Secretary, MoHUA; M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO; and Daljeet Singh Khatri, Director (Finance), HUDCO. This event underscored HUDCO’s financial strength and its pivotal role in urban infrastructure development across India.

Expressing his appreciation, Manohar Lal highlighted HUDCO’s crucial role in financing urban housing and infrastructure projects aligned with the government’s flagship initiatives, including the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and Smart Cities Mission. He emphasized that HUDCO’s continued financial contributions bolster efforts to create inclusive and sustainable urban growth.
