Yet Toppo was serving with the responsibilities as Director, Public Relations in Chhattisgarh Govt.
In a recent development now Government of Chhattisgarh has given Independent charge to R S Toppo for the Joint Secretary, Public Relations, in addition to his existing responsibilities.
