(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) Bhopal: Known for his dynamic administrative style and prompt responsiveness, Bhopal Collector Kaushlendra Vikram Singh (2010 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre.) has once again set an example of sensitive and citizen-centric governance. His recent innovation in the public grievance redressal programme (जनसुनवाई) has drawn wide appreciation from citizens and officials alike.

Breaking away from the conventional format, Singh conducted the latest जनसुनवाई session by personally visiting and hearing each applicant seated in the hall. Instead of making people stand in long queues or approach him one by one, the collector ensured that all applicants were seated with respect and dignity. He then moved from seat to seat, listening carefully to every grievance and guiding officials for immediate resolution where possible.

This thoughtful initiative reflects not only administrative efficiency but also deep empathy for public concerns. Singh’s approach has made the process more inclusive, comfortable, and human — especially for the elderly, differently-abled, and distressed citizens who come seeking help.

Over the past months, Kaushlendra Vikram Singh has gained recognition for being accessible, proactive, and swift in addressing citizen issues. Whether it is a matter of land disputes, civic grievances, or social welfare benefits, the collector has consistently demonstrated his commitment to ensuring that no voice goes unheard in the district administration.

His efforts are being seen as a model of good governance that combines innovation, empathy, and accountability — marking a progressive chapter in Bhopal’s administrative landscape.
