New Delhi, July 25, 2025: The Ministry of Railways, with the approval of the President, has issued a comprehensive set of orders transferring and posting several senior officers at the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) level across multiple zones.

Vinod Kumar, IRSE, currently on deputation with RLDA, has been appointed as DRM, Danapur, East Central Railway, replacing Jayant Kumar Chaudhury.

Divyakant Chandrakar, IRSE, Central Railway, has been posted as DRM, Trivandrum, Southern Railway, in place of Manish Thapliyal.

Sangrah Maurya, IRSE, Northeast Frontier Railway, will now serve as DRM, Moradabad, Northern Railway, succeeding Rajkumar Singh.

Kirendra Narah, IRSE, South Eastern Railway, has been transferred as DRM, Katihar, Northeast Frontier Railway, replacing Surendra Kumar.

Om Prakash Meena, IRSE, Eastern Railway, is now posted as DRM, Madurai, Southern Railway, in place of Sharad Srivastava.

Balak Ram Negi, IRSE, Northern Railway, takes over as DRM, Tiruchchirappalli, Southern Railway, replacing M S Anbalagan.

Ravi Kumar Gupta, IRSE, Chairman, RRB Chandigarh, has been posted as DRM, Adra, South Eastern Railway, in place of Sumit Narula.

Pankaj Tyagi, IRSE, Railway Board, will be DRM, Bhopal, West Central Railway, succeeding Devashish Tripathi.

Gagan Goyal, IRSE, North Western Railway, has been transferred as DRM, Agra, North Central Railway, in place of Tej Prakash Agarwal.

Pradeep Kumar Mohanty, IRSE, East Coast Railway, becomes DRM, Alipurduar, Northeast Frontier Railway, replacing Amarjit Gautam.

Aswani Srivastava, IRTS, on deputation to the Department of Food and Public Distribution, is posted as DRM, Samastipur, East Central Railway, replacing Vinay Srivastava.

Ved Prakash, IRTS, Railway Board, has been appointed as DRM, Ahmedabad, Western Railway, in place of Sudhir Kumar Sharma.

Madhukar Roat, IRTS, North Western Railway, has been posted as DRM, Palghat, Southern Railway, replacing Arun Kumar Chaturvedi.

Alok Tripathi, IRTS, Railway Board, will take over as DRM, Khurda Road, East Coast Railway, in place of H S Bajwa.

R Gopalakrishnan, IRTS, South Central Railway, has been posted as DRM, Secunderabad, replacing Bhartesh Kumar Jain.

Karuna Nidhi Singh, IRTS, Western Railway, is posted as DRM, Ranchi, South Eastern Railway, succeeding Jasmeet Singh Bindra.

Vishal Kapoor, IRSME, Central Railway, becomes DRM, Howrah, Eastern Railway, replacing Sanjeev Kumar.

Ravi Jain, IRSME, Railway Board, is appointed as DRM, Jaipur, North Western Railway, in place of Vikas Purwar.

Lalit Mohan Pandey, IRSME, RCF, has been posted as DRM, Kharagpur, South Eastern Railway, replacing K R Chaudhary.

Jayant Kumar, IRSME, Railway Board, is transferred as DRM, Asansol, Eastern Railway, succeeding Chetra Nand Singh.

Anirudh Kumar, IRSME, on deputation with Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority, is appointed DRM, Jhansi, North Central Railway, replacing Deepak Kumar Sinha.

Amit Saran, IRSME, Northern Railway, has been posted as DRM, Sonpur, East Central Railway, succeeding Vivek Bhushan Sood.

Anil Siddhartha, IRSEE, ICF, becomes DRM, Rangiya, Northeast Frontier Railway, in place of Neeraj Gupta.

Mohit Sonkiya, IRSEE, RWF, is appointed as DRM, Vijayawada, South Central Railway, replacing Narendra Anandrao Patil.

Punit Agrawal, IRSEE, on deputation with NHSRCL, has been posted as DRM, Bhusawal, Central Railway, replacing Ity Pandey.

Sanjeev Kumar, IRSSE, Railway Board, is appointed DRM, Ferozpur, Northern Railway, in place of Sanjay Sahu.

Shailendra Singh, IRSSE, South Central Railway, becomes DRM, Chennai, Southern Railway, succeeding Eerya Bhukya Vishwarath.

Gaurav Govil, IRSSE, IRISET, is appointed DRM, Bikaner, North Western Railway, replacing Ashish Kumar.

Dinesh Verma, IRSSE, RDSO, has been posted as DRM, Bhavnagar, Western Railway, in place of Ravish Kumar.

Giriraj Kumar Meena, IRAS, North Western Railway, will serve as DRM, Rajkot, Western Railway, replacing Ashwani Kumar.

Ashish Jain, IRSS, MCF, is appointed DRM, Varanasi, North Eastern Railway, succeeding Vineet Kumar Srivastava.

An officer of NFHAG/IRSS, presently on deputation with the Department of Consumer Affairs, has been posted as DRM, Hyderabad, South Central Railway, replacing Lokesh Vishnoi.

The ministry has also issued individual cadre movement and promotion orders:

-Sidharth Pradhan, IRSME, East Coast Railway, will have his promotion to Junior Administrative Grade antedated to June 9, 2020, on notional basis.
-Alla Koteshwara Rao, IRSEE, South Central Railway, is transferred to Southern Railway on promotion to JA Grade and posted in cadre.
-The earlier promotion-cum-transfer order of Shikhar Mehta, IRSSE, Central Railway to South East Central Railway, has been cancelled.
-Upendra Chandra Joshi, General Manager, North Central Railway, will look after the duties of General Manager, CORE, in addition to his own, until further orders.

These postings reflect a major reshuffle aimed at strengthening administrative leadership across railway divisions nationwide.
