Manobendra Ghoshal (IRSME) has assumed the charge as the CMD of MSTC Ltd. He has succeeded Surinder Kumar Gupta who superannuated on 31st December 2023. Manobendra Ghoshal was serving as the Chief Strategy Officer in RITES. The ACC has recently approved his appointment for the post.
