This 75-year old industry veteran was the oldest recipient of this Award by the Great Manager Institute, through the Great People Manager Study in association with Forbes India. The Awards honour managers and entrepreneurs who display high net worth in their people relationships.

When the Great People Manager Awards 2019 were announced in July of this year, there was a name that received standing ovation from the audience. Virendra D Sanghavi, Co-promoter and Managing Director of Aarvi Encon Limited, was the oldest entrepreneur to have been recognized as a great people leader. Aarvi Encon is an engineering and manpower outsourcing services company established in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemicals, cross-country pipeline, power, infrastructure and telecom sectors.
