In a modest and traditional engagement ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s residence in Bhopal, Dr. Yadav’s younger son, Dr. Abhimanyu, got engaged to Dr. Ishita, daughter of Shri Dinesh Yadav (Patel) of Selda village in Khargone district.

The ceremony was attended by close family members and relatives from both sides, reflecting the Chief Minister’s grounded and values-based approach to family life. The event stood out for its graceful simplicity, eschewing lavish displays in favour of meaningful traditions.

Dr. Mohan Yadav and his wife Smt. Seema Yadav are parents to two sons and a daughter. Their elder son and daughter are already married. Dr. Abhimanyu Yadav, who holds a Master’s degree in Surgery, is recognized as a skilled medical professional and a committed social worker. His fiancée, Dr. Ishita, is also from the medical field, holding an MBBS degree.

The engagement ceremony followed traditional rituals, beginning with a sacred puja and culminating in the exchange of rings, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of the young couple.

The event was graced by several dignitaries, including ministers from the state government, senior administrative officials, and senior BJP leaders, all of whom extended their blessings and warm wishes to the newly engaged couple.

The celebration, while modest in scale, conveyed a powerful message about the values of humility, family, and tradition—ideals that continue to define the leadership and personal life of Dr. Mohan Yadav.
