The formal charge-taking ceremony took place on Sunday at the corporation’s Mata Mandir office, where the outgoing officiating Commissioner Anju Arun Kumar handed over responsibilities to Jain.
After assuming office, Commissioner Jain interacted with senior officials of the corporation, familiarizing herself with the key administrative, developmental, and civic functions of Bhopal city.
