Under Mission NACHIKETA, an initiative for the training & skill development of SECL employees patronized by CMD, Dr. PS Mishra, a five day certificate program on Project & Financial Mgmt commenced today in SECL HQ in collaboration with IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. Inaugurating the program, SECL, Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das said it is very important for an efficient manager to have a deep understanding of project & financial management. I am sure that this training program will prove beneficial in understanding various aspects of the subject.
