Brijendra Pratap Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), recently undertook a comprehensive visit to the GACL-NALCO Alkalies Ltd. (GNAL) plant in Dahej, Gujarat. During the tour, he interacted with key leadership and operational heads of GNAL, along with senior officials from Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL), gaining insights into the plant’s current operations and strategic initiatives.

As part of the visit, Singh also met Smt. Avantika Singh Aulakh, IAS, Chairperson of GNAL and Secretary to the Chief Minister of Gujarat. The two engaged in discussions focused on the growth trajectory and future prospects of the GNAL joint venture.

Further underscoring NALCO’s commitment to sustainability, Singh called on the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Rajnikant Patel. The meeting centered around NALCO’s expanding green energy initiatives in the state, particularly in the solar and wind energy sectors, reflecting the company’s drive towards a greener and more sustainable future.
