The commencement of the Institute of Eminence project at the University of Delhi marks a significant milestone in creating world-class educational infrastructure. The spatial layout has been carefully planned: the ground floor houses a library and cafeteria , while the first to fourth floors accommodate classrooms, laboratories, lecture theatres, and multipurpose halls. The fifth to seventh floors are designed for staff rooms, dining halls, and meeting spaces, ensuring seamless integration of academic and administrative functions.

Supporting operational efficiency, the project also includes parking provisions for nearly 300 vehicles, with basement facilities to optimize land use and ease congestion.
