NBCC achieves its highest ever operational income of
Rs 8725.36 CrORE, marking EXCEPTIONAL growth
v Operational income at Rs. 8725.36 crore, rises by 8.70% on YoY basis
v Achieves highest ever profit in a Financial Year, PAT /PBT rise by 38.26 %/ 37.96% on YoY basis
v Total dividend for the FY 24–25, including the interim and proposed final dividend Rs.180.90 crore.
New Delhi: The Board of Directors in its meeting held on Thursday i.e., May 29, 2025 approved the Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2025. Company reported operational income of Rs 12038.57 Cr. and Rs 4642.55 Cr. on consolidated basis for Year & Quarter ended on 31.03.2025 representing a growth of 15.68% and 16.17% on YoY basis respectively.
On standalone basis, company has achieved operational income of Rs 8725.36 Cr. for year ended 31.03.2025 & Rs 3217.53 Cr. for quarter ended 31.03.2025 showcasing increase of 8.70% & 6.95% respectively on YoY basis.
NBCC has earned its highest ever profit in FY 24-25 surpassing its previous figures. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 755.02 Cr. on consolidated basis & Rs 629.76 Cr. on standalone basis thereby representing growth of 35.18% & 37.96% respectively on YoY basis for the year ended 31.03.2025. Whereas Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 557.42 Cr. on consolidated basis & Rs 476.11 Cr. on standalone basis thereby representing growth of 34.52% & 38.26% respectively on YoY basis for the year ended 31.03.2025.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.14 per equity share on face value of Rs 1 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25 which is subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing AGM of the company. In addition to above dividend of Rs 0.53 per equity share on face value of Rs 1 per equity share has been paid in March 2025.

v Rs. 75,391 Crore (consolidated) and Rs. 67,245 Crore (standalone) in FY 24-25 against Rs. 23,500 Crore (consolidated) and Rs. 18,400 Crore (standalone) in FY 23-24
Order Book (as on 31.03.2025):
v Standalone level – Rs. 1,04,255 Crore and Consolidated level – Rs. 1,20,533 Crore
Amrapali Project: NBCC has successfully completed about 25,500 units. The company is committed to deliver remaining units at the earliest. NBCC along with Aspire team has achieved sale of over 6,571 units in Amrapali Projects with total sale value of Rs. 3,822 Crore. NBCC has launched new FAR projects from December 2024. As on date, NBCC has sold 3237 flats (across 4 projects) through bulk sale (open e- auction mode) that will generate approx. Rs. 6479 Cr. over the construction period of these projects.

v Sale 100% office space at WTC, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi valuing Rs. 13,409 Crore
v Sale 100% retail and commercial space at Downtown, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi valuing Rs. 1,391 Crore.
Works Awarded: During the financial year 2024-2025, at a consolidated basis, the Company has awarded works of approx. Rs. 23,250 Crore pertaining to different projects compared to works of approx. Rs. 10,126 Crore last year.
