NBCC (I) Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sahakari Awas Nirman Evam Vitt Nigam Ltd. on 09.01.2025 for execution of mixed land use development of Poorvi Vihar, Lucknow. Out of a total land area to be developed, 50 acres will be developed in first phase at an approximate cost of Rs. 3,500 Crore. NBCC will be responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction in accordance with the scope of work, agreed standards, and technical specifications.
