NBCC successfully concludes bulk E-Auction of residential units at Aspire Golf Homes, Greater Noida(W), U.P.
Total Sale value of over Rs. 3200 crore achieved; In a landmark real estate transaction, NBCC (India) Ltd. has successfully sold 1,233 residential units at Aspire Golf Homes through an e-auction, garnering a total sale value of Rs. 3,216.95 crore excluding allied charges. The high-stakes auction witnessed an overwhelming response, with bids significantly exceeding the reserve price. The fund shall mitigate the fund requirement of ongoing projects including bank loan payment.

The Aspire Golf Homes project, a Supreme Court-monitored project, is known for its state-of-the-art amenities and strategic location, making it a sought-after investment opportunity.
