Northern Coalfields Limited is set to onboard housewives from the NCL family into a mass level First Aid Training Program, aiming to foster a safe culture from home to the workplace. On Tuesday Director (Personnel), NCL, Manish Kumar, chaired a meeting to review the preparedness to commence the training program in Mission Mode. During the meeting training modalities, awareness mechanisms, and effective execution strategies for the program was deliberated .The session was attended by General Manager (P/HRD), Rajesh Trivedi, along with ATOs, VTOs of Areas and officials from HQ.
