Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. : Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has added another feather to its cap of pride as Pani Pankaj Pandey, Manager (Human Resources) at the company’s Industrial Relations Department, has been conferred with the prestigious Hari Krishna Devsare Regional Award by the Madhya Pradesh Culture Council, Sahitya Akademi.

Shri Pandey received this honour for his acclaimed literary work “Bal Ramayan”, which has been widely appreciated for introducing readers, especially young audiences, to the values and ideals of Indian culture in a simple, inspiring, and engaging style. The recognition was presented to him on Monday at a grand felicitation ceremony held in Bhopal, acknowledging his innovative and outstanding contribution to children’s literature.

“Bal Ramayan” has earned commendation not only from readers but also from critics and scholars in the literary world, who have hailed it as a creative bridge between tradition and contemporary storytelling.

On this proud occasion, B.
