The Competent Authority has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs for premature repatriation of Shambhu Sharma, IOFS (2003), Joint Adviser (Mitigation Project) (Director level), in the National Disaster Management Authority under the M/o Home Affairs to his parent cadre on personal grounds with the condition of extended “cooling off’ (he would be eligible for another deputation only after 17.03.2028 i.e. 3 years after the completion of his normal deputation tenure).

The Competent Authority has approved the proposal of the 0/a Commerce for premature repatriation of Sanjay Joseph, IRS (IT:2004), Director, D/o Commerce to his parent cadre on personal grounds with extended cooling off. He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately to report to his parent cadre.

The Competent Authority has approved the re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary presently held by Mustaq Ahmad, lDAS(2006), as Director in the Ministry of Mines as a measure personal to him from the date of taking over charge of the post, and for a period up to 06.06.2024 i.e. total tenure of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme.

The Competent Authority has approved the re-designation of the post of Deputy Director General (Legal & Finance)(Deputy Secretary level) presently held by Pandurang Kondiram Raut, IRS(C&CE:2006), as Deputy Deputy Director General (Legal & Finance)(Director level) in the Gb Directorate General of Shipping under the Ministry of Shipping as a measure personal to him from the date of taking over charge of the post, and for a period up to 18.06.2023 i.e. total tenure of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme

The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for extension in the Central deputation tenure of Rajinder Kumar, lES (2003), Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB), Chandigarh for a period of one year beyond 25.08.2020 and upto 25.08.2021.
