R.P. Goyal, Chairman and Managing Director, NHPC limited & R.K. Chaudhary, Director (Technical & Projects), along with other Senior Officers visited NHPC 2880 MW Dibang Multi-purpose project in (Arunachal Pradesh) from 6th – 7th May 2024. The inaugural blasts for underground works at Diversion Tunnel Inlet and Tail Race Tunnel sites at Dibang MPP were taken during the visit.

L.K. Tripathi, ED & HOP, DMPP briefed the visiting dignitaries on various fronts of work. Goyal exhorted the young officers to feel proud of being part of construction of the largest ever hydropower project in the country. Chaudhary highlighted the importance of working with team spirit and assured all support and assistance for expediting the construction of the project of national importance.
