NHPC has declared its Standalone and Consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine-months ended 31st December 2021. Standalone Profit after Tax has increased by 5% from Rs. 2829 Crore during the nine-months ended 31st December, 2020 to Rs.2978 crore for nine-months ended 31st December 2021. Consolidated Profit after tax for the nine-months has increased by 8% from Rs.2829 crore to Rs.3056 crore. The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs.1.31 per share for the financial year 2021-22 in the Board Meeting held on 11th February, 2022 as against interim dividend of Rs.1.25 per share for the year 2020-21.

Plant Availability Factor of the Company for the nine-months improved from 88.59% during the previous period to 91.40% during the current period. Normative Plant Availability Factor for the current and previous period stands at 77.35%.

Sales realization for the fiscal is Rs.8527 crore till 10.02.2022 as compared to Rs.7633 crore during the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
