NTPC, Director Finance K. Biswal awarded with Fellowship of WCPS

The world Confederation of Productivity Science (WCPS) and World Academy of Productivity Science are the premier global Institutions dealing with productivity development around the world. The award of Fellowship at the International Forum is in recognition of prominent persons for contributing to the cause of Productivity Science. Among the prominent Indians who were awarded WAPS Fellowships, are Ratan Tata, Former Chairman, Tata Group; R.V. Shahi, Former Power Secretary etc. and many prominent Indians who have contributed to the Productivity movement. The Congress brings together a distinguished group of leading businessmen, industrialists, scholars, politicians, administrators and productivity experts from around the globe and from all sectors of industry, commerce and public service.
Fellowship Award conferred on Biswal is to recognize his immense contribution to the productivity Science across power chain- be it NTPC Limited, Coal India Limited or Central Electricity Regulatory Commission. It is this breadth of expertise and experience which has got him recognition at global level.Biswal has also been appointed as Chairman of Governing Body WCPS, India which is Honorary in nature.
