His appeal sets extraordinary example of patriotism among public servants.
Here is the excerpt of his appeal.

Respected Elected Members of SCOPE and my dear Respected CMDs and Directors of PSUs,Govt.of India has elevated us to Board level posts after serving almost 30 years in various organisations. During these 30 years we have also given good education to our children and provided some service to the NATION. I think it is the right time to serve better to achieve the ambitions of Govt.of India by keeping the PSUs image high. For this Elected SCOPE members should try to improve the PSUs image with Govt/Ministry/People of India. Let us work like Indian, Achieve like Indian and Live like Indian that those who sacrificed their lives for Independent India. Advanced Happy New Financial Year which will be the YEAR OF REFORMS for development of New India, which we dream.
