By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM| The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has invited applications for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, with July 27, 2026, fixed as the last date for submitting applications. The move formally begins the process of selecting the next head of India’s largest oil and gas explorer. The incumbent CMD, Arun Kumar Singh, was granted a rare one-year extension by the Government of India last year, allowing him to continue in office until December 6, 2026. With his extended tenure set to conclude in December, the selection process for his successor has now commenced.
