By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM : In a Remarkable leadership development at the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Pradeep Shenoy is set to take charge as the Executive Director (Corporate Communication) with effect from November 2025. Shenoy currently serves as Additional Executive Director (Corporate Communication) and brings with him over three decades of rich experience in the life insurance sector.

A distinguished professional with an illustrious career in LIC, Shenoy has served in various key positions across India. Notably, he headed LIC Fiji Operations as General Manager from April 5, 2022, during his expatriate tenure, where he successfully strengthened LIC’s overseas presence and customer trust through strategic initiatives and efficient operations.

Shenoy holds a Postgraduate degree in Mathematics and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. His professional journey has been enriched through participation in advanced training programs conducted by reputed institutions such as the National Insurance Academy, Pune, and the Indian School of Business, Chandigarh.

Known for his deep understanding of life insurance marketing, operations, and communication strategies, Shenoy is widely respected for his leadership vision and commitment to organizational excellence.

As he steps into his new role, Shenoy is expected to further enhance LIC’s corporate communication framework, strengthen its public engagement, and reinforce LIC’s legacy as one of India’s most trusted financial institutions.
