Puneet Chawla, Chairman and Managing Director of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has been conferred with the ‘Eminent Engineer Award’ by the Institution of Engineers (India). In a ceremony held at Delhi, he received the award from Sanjay Shamrao Dhotre, Minister of State for Education, Communications, Electronics & IT, Govt of India.
