According to reliable sources, IAS officer Rajat Mishra is emerging as the frontrunner for the post of Chief Secretary of Rajasthan. A 1992-batch officer of the Rajasthan cadre, Mishra is currently serving as Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.
