REC Ltd has appointed Dinesh Garg as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. A Commerce and Law graduate from Delhi University, he is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds Master’s degrees in Law and Business Administration (Finance), bringing strong expertise to the role.
