S.K. Pal takes over as Director (Technical) SECL.

(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) SK Pal, who has been known an expert in coal sector, has taken over as Director (Technical) in SECL. Prior to assuming this responsibility, He was the Regional General Manager of GERVA and Korba Region of SECL. He has over 35 years of work experience in coal mining.
