The Company demonstrated its efforts by way of providing 30 cu.m per hour medical oxygen generation plant under the CSR activities. The oxygen plant will be installed in City Hospital, Berhampur, District Ganjam, Odisha, close to its flagship facility. Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, while inaugurating the health care facility and laying the foundation stone appreciated the timely gesture of IREL.
IREL’s vision is to actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which it operates. IREL (India) Limited has also donated ambulances, oxygen concentrators, and assisted in making make shift hospitals along with large number of beds, mattresses, bed sheets etc. in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. In addition, company distributed food packets, grains, masks, sanitizers, and other essential goods to local inhabitants around its units.
