Prabhat Kumar Gets Six-Month Extension as CEO, CDB
New Delhi: In a key administrative decision, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the extension of additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Coconut Development Board, to Prabhat Kumar, Horticulture Commissioner, for six months from October 6, 2025, or until a regular appointment is made.

Ms Noorin Bux’s Central Deputation Extended Till 2028
New Delhi: Strengthening continuity in the health ministry, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved a two-year extension in central deputation tenure of Ms Noorin Bux, IOFS (2010), Director, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, from April 23, 2026, to April 22, 2028.

Ms Nitika Pawar Appointed GM, FCI Punjab Region
New Delhi: In an important posting under the Department of Food and Public Distribution, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Ms Nitika Pawar, IAS (AGMUT:2012), as General Manager, Food Corporation of India, Punjab Region, on deputation for three years.
