By THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM| THDC India Limited (THDCIL) observed the commencement of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026 in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), under the national theme “Probity for Prosperity.”

Sipan Kumar Garg, Managing Director, THDCIL, administered the integrity pledge, reaffirming to collective commitment of employees to uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, transparency and accountability while discharging their official responsibilities.

The pledge was also undertaken across THDCIL’s offices, units and projects, reflecting the organisation-wide emphasis on ethical conduct and responsible governance.

Addressing the significance of the occasion, Shri Garg highlighted that probity must extend beyond mere compliance with rules and regulations. He emphasised the need to make integrity and ethical practices an integral part of the organisation’s work culture.

The observance underscored THDCIL’s commitment to strengthening transparency, accountability and ethical decision-making across its operations, in keeping with the national objective of promoting good governance through probity and integrity.
