Expressing gratitude to DARPG, DoPPW, and NCGG, he thanked colleagues for “many happy memories from 2018–2025” and for what he described as a “deeply touching, emotive farewell.”

Srinivas now returns to his parent cadre to take charge as the state’s new Chief Secretary, marking a significant leadership transition in Rajasthan.

During his distinguished term as Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG)and Secretary, Department of Pensions & Pensioners’ Welfare, he steered major governance reforms, digital public service enhancements, and nationwide administrative modernisation initiatives.

His stint at the Centre is widely regarded as notable for its clarity of vision, policy innovation, and people-centric governance, as he begins a new chapter in steering Rajasthan’s administrative machinery.
