About Dr. Parvez Hayat
He is a Senior IPS officer of 1984 batch Jharkhand cadre, Parvez Hayat has been awarded PhD on Disaster Management in March 2018 from a Central University Created by Act of Parliament Delhi. Hayat holds Law Degree 2005-2008 from Delhi University. He has held many prestigious positions including CVO of PGIL, ADG BP&RD. Presently Dr. Parvez Hayat is posted as DG Training in State of Jharkhand And Consulting professor in JMI Central University.
