. Gurugram, 26 June 2025: Marking its 57th Foundation Day, WAPCOS celebrated the occasion with great enthusiasm and pride across all its offices in India and abroad. The day was commemorated with a series of events reflecting the organization’s unwavering commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and inclusive growth.

As part of the celebrations, R. K. Agrawal, Chairman and Managing Director, WAPCOS, called on C. R. Paatil, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, to seek his blessings and share the company’s continued vision for nation-building through water and infrastructure development.

In a special presentation to Debashree Mukherjee, Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, WAPCOS highlighted its key achievements over the past year. These include successful implementation of several critical projects in the water, power, and infrastructure sectors—both domestically and internationally.

Demonstrating its commitment to employee welfare and work-life balance, WAPCOS also inaugurated a Crèche Facility at its headquarters in Gurugram. The new facility is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children of WAPCOS employees, reinforcing the organisation’s inclusive and family-friendly policies.
