Will Ministries it-self fill Central Public Sector Enterprise Board level vacancy without Involving The Public Enterprises Selection Board

If sources are to be believed then now Ministry concerned will go for the recruitment of a board level position in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) by constituting the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) considering directly ACC without routing through DPE and/or PESB and giving reasons in writing with the approval of the Minister-in-charge.
