Informationn Society Day 2021 Puneet Chawla, CMD, RailTel, addressed all employees of RailTel virtually. The theme of this year is “Accelerating Digital Transformation in Challenging Times”. He stressed that Digital adaptation is very important to maintain business continuity in these turbulent time as Digital Transformation has not only helped maintaining business activities of organizations but also eased accessing healthcare and education.

He stated that RailTel with its bouquet of digital services like NIC e-office, HD Video Conferencing, RailWire broadband and AI based services for Health and Education sector, is well positioned to help businesses function as usual. He urged RailTel team to work dedicatedly towards providing effective services to customers while taking all necessary precautions to keep themselves safe.
