Will SBI Chairman get another extension?

if buzz is to be believed then Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairman, SBI may get another extension in October.
Arundhati Bhattacharya,took over as Chairperson and Managing Director of the State Bank of India as the first woman to head the country’s largest bank and an India-based Fortune 500 company on October 7, 2013, her retirement was due in early October 2016, but Modi Govt. granted her one year’s extension which is ending in October 2017. Earlier the names of B. Sriram, Rajnish Kumar, Praveen Kumar Gupta and Dinesh Kumar Khara, all from SBI top management were taking rounds in the corridors of power for the successor of Arundhati Bhattacharya. but now the delay in decision of the announcementof her successor name’s is bringing many speculations in banking world.
Many people believe that some key corporate houses of the country are very much interested to get another term extension for Arundhati? Arundhati is said to be visiting Delhi very soon.
