Young IPS Officer of 2011 batch MP cadre Rahul Kumar Lodha has taken over as Superintendent of Police (Bhopal-South). Lodha has succeeded Sidhart Bhahuguna who has been now made SP of Sehore bordering district of Bhopal. after taking over the charge Lodha in press breifing said he will focus on effective policing specially cyber crimes and financial fruds are the major challenges for the police in today’s scenerio. There has been young and energetic IPS officers having the command of Bhopal Police, from the top, Yogesh Choudhary is said to be a youngest IGs of Bhopal range, his deputy Santosh Kumar Singh, the DIG Bhopal (urban) is also young and dynamic IPS officer known for his working which brings the crime rate down where ever he is posted. It sounds Bhopal is going to witness policing with fresh ideas in days to come.
