Madhya Pradesh Reshuffles 20 IAS Officers in Fresh Bureaucratic Overhaul

The Madhya Pradesh government has once again reshuffled its administrative set-up, transferring 20 IAS officers to new postings. Notably, this comes just a week after 14 officers were moved to different assignments, highlighting an ongoing phase of bureaucratic restructuring in the state.
In the latest order, 2008-batch IAS officer Vishesh Garhpale has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Energy Department. Vandana Vaidya takes charge as Managing Director of MP Finance Corporation, Indore, while Tapasya Parihar has been named Commissioner of Katni Municipal Corporation. Dalip Kumar has been posted as Commissioner of Dewas Municipal Corporation, and Anil Bhana takes over as Commissioner of Ratlam Municipal Corporation.
Among others, Gajendra Singh Nagesh has been appointed CEO of District Panchayat Narsinghpur, Guru Prasad as Deputy Secretary in the Chief Secretary’s Office, and Divyank Mishra as Additional Commissioner in the Urban Administration Department. Shishir Gemawat also joins the department as Additional Commissioner.
Neha Jain has been posted as Deputy Director, Narmada Valley Development Authority, Indore, while Shreyans Kumath will serve as CEO of District Panchayat Ujjain. Tanmay Vashishtha Sharma becomes Additional Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation; Navjeevan Vijay Pawar has been made Additional Collector, Indore; and Arvind Kumar Shah has been appointed Additional Commissioner, Jabalpur Municipal Corporation.
Other key appointments include Anil Kumar Rathore as Executive Director, MP Industrial Development Corporation, Regional Office Jabalpur; Anshuman Raj as MD of State Wide Area Network (SWAN) with additional charge as Director of the State Computer Security Incident Response Team, Bhopal; Shrungar Srivastava as Additional Commissioner, Indore Municipal Corporation; T Prateek Rao as Additional Commissioner, Gwalior Municipal Corporation; and Anisha Srivastava as Executive Director, MP Industrial Development Corporation, Regional Office Gwalior.
The reshuffle is seen as an effort to bring greater efficiency to governance and strengthen administrative delivery across various departments and districts of the state.
