Warm Farewell Accorded to Four Retiring Employees at SECL Headquarters

A warm farewell was accorded to four employees retiring from SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur, on 31 December 2025. The ceremony was held in the CMD chamber at the headquarters in the presence of Chairman-cum-Managing Director Harish Duhan, along with members of the top management, departmental heads, labour union representatives, officers and staff.
The retiring employees were honoured with shawls, coconuts, garlands and were handed over their final settlement cheques. Those superannuating included Deepak Pandya, General Manager (Mining); Anil Kumar Pandey, General Manager (Industrial Engineering); Preetish Ranjan Tikadar, Senior Manager (Electrical/Mechanical), Planning and Project Department; and Karan Kumar Kanojia, Senior Duplicate Operator, Planning and Project Department.
In their addresses, the management appreciated the dedication and professional competence of the retiring personnel, stating that their contributions had played a significant role in SECL’s growth and would always be remembered. Best wishes were extended for their bright future and happy family life.
The retiring employees expressed gratitude to the company, describing their association with SECL as a matter of pride and highlighting the spirit of teamwork and commitment within the organisation.
The programme was conducted by Savita Nirmalkar, Deputy Manager (Official Language), who also introduced the retiring employees.
