THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM| Three IPS officers—Vikash Kumar, Rakesh Rathi and K Swarnambika—have been appointed to key positions in NIA, MHA and BPR&D respectively on deputation, with directions to assume charge immediately.

Vikash Kumar, IPS (CH:2020), has been appointed as Superintendent of Police in the National Investigation Agency on deputation basis. He has been directed to be relieved immediately to join his new assignment.

Rakesh Rathi, IPS (BH:2002), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs under the Central Staffing Scheme for five years. He has been asked to assume charge immediately.

K Swarnambika, IPS (NL:2013), has been appointed as Superintendent of Police in the Bureau of Police Research & Development on deputation basis. She has been directed to join her new assignment at the Centre immediately.
