Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Dr.Raman Singh has congratulated the newly-appointed Public Relations Directorate Commissioner Rajesh Sukumar Toppo on his promotion during his meeting with Toppo at CM’s official residence. Dr. Raman Singh wished the young IAS Officer R S Toppo for a bright future. It may be mentioned here that Toppo had been promoted from the post of Public Relations Director to the post of Commissioner. RS Toppo is also Special Secretary to the Public Relations Department.
