UP’s Adityanath Yogi Govt. Keeing all hearsays aside on giving extension to Rajive Kumar (1981 batch officer) the current Chief Secretary of UP,today appointed Dr.Anup Chandra Pandey as the new Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. Dr.Anup Chandra Pandey is 1984 batch IAS 1981 officer of UP cadre.
